ABOUT POP CO
Pop Co is the brainchild of Derek Kennedy, co-founder of Mustard Seed in Bethesda, Maryland.
Mustard Seed is a new and used clothing store which has existed since 1991.
Known primarily as a used clothing store, Mustard Seed also carries several lines of new clothing.
For the last several years Mustard Seed has featured t-shirts with locally-oriented designs of their own creation.

The success of the t-shirts within the store spawned the idea to start a website featuring them as well.
Thus, Pop Co was born.

The site itself is the product of a joint effort between Derek Kennedy and Kendra Kuliga of Cielo Productions.
Cielo Productions is a DC-based web-design and graphic arts company.
Their website is www.cieloproductions.com.

Our concept is to offer an array of t-shirts featuring designs which reflect the area in which we live:
The Greater Metropolitan Washington D.C. Area. We have several shirts of different neighborhoods in the city,
and we plan to work with iconic businesses from around town to feature their logos on our shirts as well.

We plan to keep the site fresh by adding new designs on a monthly basis.
Check back frequently to see if we have added any new designs.
